Baggage Storage COVID-19 Statement

At Smarte Carte the well-being of our workers and customers is our top priority. In light of this we have decided to make some changes to our attended Baggage Storage stores.

We would like to reassure you that we are continuing to closely monitor the situation regarding COVID-19 around the world.  Until further notice we will not be offering our baggage transfer service.  Additionally, some stores have been temporarily closed or are operating with reduced opening hours.  You can find the current trading times by clicking here.

We understand that sadly many customers travel plans have been disrupted.  If you have pre-booked and paid for luggage storage or transfer with us and no longer require it due to changes in your travel, please contact us for a refund.
